Ken walked out of his class for the day with a feeling of elation. He was so happy to be finally done with school for the day, and today was Friday so there had to be some sort of party he could go to to party the week's stress away.

As he walked in a reverie, dreaming of the upcoming celebrations he bumped into someone else, knocking them over. Ken immediately bent over to help her up. As he bent he got a good look at her and he had to pause. She was the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen.

"Hey, I'm Ken." Ken said by way of introduction.

"Oh...." The girl landed awkwardly, scraping her knee a bit. Before she even had time to register what had happened someone was helping her back to her feet. "Thanks.... I'm Tara." She said looking up at him and smiling "Sorry I must not have been paying much attention."

"No, the fault is all mine. I wasn't paying attention. " Ken said in apology. "Besides, I'm kind of glad this happened. It gives me the chance to speak to you. "

As he spoke, Ken took her beauty in for the second time. "What are you doing tonight Tara?"

"I was just going to get ahead on studying for next week...." Tara said "that sounds so lame when I hear it out loud." She couldn't help but laugh a little at herself "I'm not all that exciting. So what are your plans for the weekend Ken? Anything fun going on?"
