The Eighth Floor is the Pent House Floor where the owner, Avellan, resides. It's complete with California king-sized bed, Jacuzzi, large bathroom, a personal bar, and a large balcony that overlooks the city of Vegas. There's a portal here that connects the High Roller Club and Casino, to the Island.
