On a serious note, you'll have to grab every chance you can get to meet someone. If you can't make time for that, you certainly don't have time to actually date someone.

For now, try approaching any girl in your class, at work, at the grocery store, bookstore, etc. that seems even remotely nice. Go out for coffee. Start small. Even if you're not completely enamored with any of these women, use these "mini-dates" to get comfortable with the idea of dating and finding out what you consider "nice."
