The Tennessee Senate version appears to have been languishing in the General Subcommittee of the State Judiciary Committee since 3/27/2008, and House version appears to have been taken off the Criminal Practice and Procedure of JUD of Judiciary Committee calendar on 4/2/08, according to this site.

I suppose it's possible that they could be revived/reintroduced, but since they've been languishing that long, it doesn't seem likely. If there had been support for the bills, more action would have been taken.

Likewise, the Illinois House Bill HB4258 was introduced and first read on January 8, 2008. It has had no other action; was not even assigned to a committee.

I think the site you've linked is seriously out of date.

I don't buy ammo other than 22

I have dies for 357, 45 ACP, 7 x 57, and a nice supply of brass, bullets and powder
I also reload 12GA
I have purchased more of each since November 4th.
I'm so glad I dismantled the re-loading bench last spring in NM and shipped the presses and accessories to NC.
Now I have a new bench built with what I learned from the last one
