Hidden cam videos?

My personal opinion is I'm fine with them depending on content and who is seeing them. I'm swayed on posting them on a site like Lit without permission from the person who is in them [ like that's going to happen ] but I see no problem providing no faces are shown.

Hidden cam videos?
So many are posting threads with little information.
The first serveilance cameras we heard about was while at Daytona bike week one year. A camera shop on Main Street had several set up aimed at the street and sidewalk. We saw the TV monitor in the window showing flashing women.
My wife had just walked down that side walk with her tits out. We went inside and the shop keeper played back the video with her tits in plain view.
I heard later the cops have them all over for exposure.
Since then we know almost all stores, fuel stops, bars, etc. have hidden cameras making flashing or theft difficult.
That part I agree with. But I've also heard of motels, hotels, etc with hidden cameras in some rooms. This can not be legal. Also bars with cameras in the bathrooms.
You can't go anywhere with out being video taped now. You could be Googled pissing in your own back yard in the boonies.

Very true ! and I agree fully. I think the op may be referring to private home hidden cam ? but I could be wrong.

You might want to check the laws in your jurisdiction. Did your subject have an expectation of privacy? Did you inform the subject after you recorded? Are the recordings only for your (and/or their) own use?
Expectation of privacy is the biggy. Screw in public, or leave the windows and curtains open so passersby could see you while you record, and don't record in *their* house. Hulk Hogan's getting US$135 million from Gawker partly because broken privacy.
