The most common reason for rejection is spelling and punctuation. They grade it like a term paper. If enough errors pop up, they toss it back. The reason given for rejection could be just the first one they came to.

Hi and welcome. Post a link to your submission page so that we can all see your poem. You can go to the Editor's Forum and ask someone to edit your rejected story for you and then resubmit it.
