Cincinnati chili is sometimes know as greek spaghetti. It's a beanless chili (not a western style at all!!!), served over spaghetti with grated mild cheddar on top (and often accented with a hot sauce such as tabasco). That would be 3-way chili Add chopped onions to the mix and you have 4-way. Add kidney beans and you have 5-way (but this is rarely done ... at least when I fix it!). The same chili sauce is excellent for making chili cheese dogs.
