I'm not even sure I'm in the right spot to search for them.

It's about a guy that got evicted from his dorm and convinces a sorority that he's gay. The girls then try to change him, it happens around valentines day.

A guy lives in a beach house with his gay friend, they have a party and his friend tries to seduce him. The story ends with him letting them seduce him.

No they aren't I remember it was an issue that he was male but one of the girls vouched for him cause she tried to sex him up when he was a teacher's aid

And he just got back from a trip and was tanned....i don't remember why it was relevant
