Sadly the personals isn't a huge place for the women to interact (unless poking fun of ads and I'm guilty)
My only tip.. Interact with people. Post in the threads. Let people get to know you. Unfortunately a general personal doesn't get a lot of attention. You'll find most women will tell you that for those they've reached out to, it was because they saw something that caught their eye in the threads. Humor, picture, some form of interaction.
Better chance of getting to know them. You'll also find that many women will post stalk you to see what kind of person you are. So the more you interact. The more they have to look at.
