Pull up the picture and right click it. Then a box will magically open and click "save photo as"(I save them to my desktop initially)-click that and another box and click save. Then come back here and click browse and grab the photo and submit. As in:

save it as a bitmap, and then if you have a program like Photoshop, you can resave it as a jpeg (and make the file smaller if need be..not the pic, but the file size)
