Looks OK to me now (16:36 CST or 22:36 GMT).

Maybe the page failed to completely load for you?

Or maybe just a temporary screw-up, where you were reading the page as it was being (periodically) written? It seems to be a statically cached page that's refreshed every so often, and sometimes the refresh seems to stall for a while.

Yeah, that happens quite often if you quickly and repeatedly leave and return to the homepage.
Why one would want to do that is an entirely different question.

Just to support that you are not imagining this, I have had the site do the same thing to me. It clears up the next time I go in but it will stay screwed up for hours sometimes.
