Of course I do, although probably not in the same context as the catastrophist hand wringers.

There are papers and studies out there that suggest that the earth is continually 'manufacturing' new petroleum. But even if this were so it's quite possible, and likely, that we are currently extracting the oil faster than any replenishment process can keep up with.

And it seems we are continually finding more and more oil deposits, it's just that these deposits are no longer the shallow, easily reached, high quality, oil that was the rule in the past.

There is also the concept of 'peak production' too. And that too is valid, especially if you continually disallow drilling and production from known sites. Although the analogy is imperfect, I'm positive that any research of the records would show that there was some year of peak production for horse carriages (imperfect in that the government was not involved with the curtailment of buggy manufacture).
