We've all tried hot chocolate in various forms, right? And we've all seen the powdered cocoa in the baking supplies section in stores. There are some recipes that take that cocoa, mix it with powdered milk and sugar to make a hot chocolate mix. That works OK.
Today, I was at an Amish bulk foods store and got some 'jet black cocoa'. I figured it was the dark/semi sweet type used to make candies. Made up some of the hot chocolate mix with it. Takes like a liquefied Oreo cookie.
