Seriously...we are coming up for the car show at the Javits center. Staying at the Sheraton across the river from it. In Joisey! Been thinking it might be cheaper to just leave the car there and take the subway around town to see some different things..Gonna maybe check out the Empire State Building and Times Square

One child wants to go to the WWF joint...

Any good ideas on pizza? You New Yawkers are always bragging on the pizza up there...

And...if you find yourself in the vicinity of the Javits center Saturday...look for us...I ain't hard to find.

I am just moved out of NYC - just last weekend.

Man the cars look cool though.

WWF is okay around the bar - food sucks.

ESPN Zone is cooler - game machines galore. The boxing machine is great - I fucking dare you!

If you have time do, do, do - Hogs and Hefer's down in the the Meat Packing district - it's safe - you won't regret it. 12th and the West Side. Ask any Cabby.

I mean, really, do they actually think laying on the horn for 15 or 20 seconds while stuck fifteen cars back in a traffic jam is going to get things moving? Like there is someone all the way at the front that is going to say, "Gee, that guy way back there is in a hurry , we better move this body and let him through!"

Seriously, it was a very enjoyable trip. Made better by the fact that I did not attempt to drive in the city. Great weather made walking much more fun.

Alas Sparky I left before I got your suggestions but I have filed them away for our next trip..da wife wants to see the city. She was unable to attend and was a bit jealous. When I come up again I will try the boxing machine....hey..you dared me. I'll just rope-a-dope it

Car show was great...My son is a Porsche snob..even turned his nose up at the Lamborghini. Ugliest vehicle there is the new Ford truck that looks like a Tonka truck..even says Tonka...what a hideous monstrosity...it'll be a hit no doubt. Ford has brought back the MACHI...tons of horsepower..the mullets will love it.

My fave...Ford's GT40....what a way to go. Gonna stop by the dealer and see if they will let me test drive one...
