First you have to get a picture. It probably will have to be resized. It can be no larger than 150 x 150 pixels.
Then under go to Control Panel, Edit Options. Down at the bottom, under Other Options, you'll see Avatar. Click on the button on the right "Change Avatar." That allows you to copy the pic from your hard drive or navigate to someplace on the web. Save changes and, voila, you've got your av!!!!
