a couple of weeks back a couple of authors nominated one of my characters for sexiest Male in the 12th annual Lit awards (Mark Phillips for Siblings with benefits) obviously don't have a chance of winning but nice to be thought of and two of the noms are established writers not newbies trying to help me out.

Today however a friend of mine told me to check most influential author and low and behold not on e but 2 people put me up for it. omce again no chance but very flattering. As I thought about it my happy though was brought down a bit by thinking of good old JBJ talking about us saps and our "plastic trophys" I then however perked up with thinking that my two noms are two more than he's going to get. So I felt better again.

Thanks John. All kidding aside it is very flattering and I know there is a lot of griping when all the "virgins" show up to vote, but to me it means that they were impressed with someone's work enough to take a few minutes and make an id. All in all it did make me feel good.

Going to make JB editors working on tricked out versions (I have lit versions and more fleshed out versions of all my work) of my first 10 chapters and hopefully within to weeks I am going to start pitching it to some E-Publishers. Tell you what if it gets picked up. I'll print one out have a friend in the print business make it into a nice hardcover. Then i will autograph it and would be more than happy to sell it to you

I'm not really sure, but I expect most of the "virgins" are authors who have established alts and nominated themselves or somebody they especially favor.

Well I'm sure in some cases that might be so, but there are a couple if you look through that thread like Jaz Cullin I mean that would be a lot of damn alts. I will admit that a couple of the newbies that voted for my character know me. One is my editor (luvtaread) and another is an author that I helped out with some of her work(Suna moon) so they may be a bit biased but they are real people. Personally I'm the type that when my friends ask for links to my stories I ask them not to vote because I want to see how my stories are really doing. Whether they listen or not is a different story.

That I did. I just felt like egging him on a little bit because in another thread he claimed to have read a couple of my stories but wouldn't give an opinion then when I told him I didn't believe him and asked him to give me a couple of little details if something he read he mysteriously vanished from the thread. I'm only having fun. That will be the day that I take anything anyone says about me here to bed with me well unless it's a really good dirty thought that is and that would never come from him.

I would assume your wrists wouldn't be limp because they have to be strong enough to brace you against the shower wall from the looks of your AV.

Okay well if you gave me that review I would assume you were lying so not expecting that. Okay best work, well I suppose that will be subjective as I have my fav's but that doesn't mean they are techinically the best. I have 37 stories here is what I did and you can choose these are my "best" in my opinion The first 2 links are SWB 4/5 where the sister seduces the brother for the first time. I personally think it is good because she does not just drop her pants and go like many other stories she leads him into it.
The second two links are a BDSM story titled Breaking of Allison it features Mark from SWB but without the sister, these are the first 2 characters I created and the group that is mentioned is my next big project
The last link is to Lex Talionis chapter 5. It involves some erotica at the start but is then a fight scene between Mark and the foster father who beat him that he lured to his place to kill in the end he breaks down this sort of transcends erotica. take your pick. Your first bitch (and deservedly so will be grammar I have acquired an editor who is now doing everything one Ch at a time and I will be submitting those versions as I go)

I never tear anyone a new one about their writing. Just today I read a story thats excellent but for the helping verbs; so I said GET RID OF THE HELPING VERBS! AND GO SELL YOUR STORY. Its a terrific story otherwise.

Well I'm sorry if I am ruining your happy place.
However I deliberately posted his name in this thread to call him out a bit and if anyone else jumps in or gets involved that's strictly up to them. You are now bickering with him and it really has nothing to do with me at this point. If no one wants to get involved in JBJ/Lovecraft bullshit they don't have to. It's kind of like hearing a conversation that annoys you. You cannot not listen or you can bring yourself into it. I think you brought yourself into thais.
Besides I've been following the threads long enough to know that he will pretty much turd up any room he wants to anyways so it may as well be the room I invited him into. The one with the plastic on the floor so it can just be rolled up and disposed of.
