And after the question's been answered, I promise you can hijack the shit out of this thread. I just want to know why under my profile, in the home page URL, it says, "http://www.freeloadmp3.com/". I didn't put that there and it won't let me delete it.

To test it out, I put another web address in there and it saved it, but when I deleted that web address, this one popped right back up. Anyone else have this happen? Anyone know why it would happen? Your help is, as always, appreciated.

Sounds like a hijacking parasite to me. Run your program that cleans up adware and spyware. Search & Destroy is a good one. So is Lavasoft.

xy is correct. Between the two, S & D and AdAware, there is little chance you'll have spyware problems you can't intercept or fix.

A persistent self-installing link is not a feature of the site.

Thanks for the advice/help, everyone! After a talk w/J. I discovered that we had a little bug on the computer. He's working on getting it fixed, but hadn't completely taken care of it, yet. Thanks again!!
