I'm looking to get a big Cadillac boat...biggest pimpride they ever made....Restore it, trick it up and all. What's my best bet and how much?

1959 Seville had the biggest fins and gnarliest front chrome. Definitely my favorite, but if you want a true pimpmobile, I'd go with a 70's model.
