You are probably sleeping like a baby... however, I was wondering how it went? Everything come out okay? :D Seriously though, I hope all went well?

Aww, thanks guys! Yes - I have spent the past two days sleeping pretty much on and off. I was given more drugs to help with more pain from a temporary stent that they'll remove in a few days. But the surgery itself went well and was a success.

You guys are seriously the sweetest :rose:

I am so happy that things went well! Now just take it easy, listen to the doctors and recover quickly!!

Nothing worse than fake heart surgery. One first has to have an actual, functioning heart. :)

Shit - I had to think back to what was going on back then... that was when I was having the gallstones removed. Ahh, fun times.

And sorry - things are crazy at work and I have a work trip at the end of the month and a California trip next month. Oh, and I'm trying to secure a heart apparently.

It's all good, especially if the gallstones are not reoccurring? You know what is happening this month.

Travel sounds exciting!!! I am staying home, but having guests!!! Will be a great time for sure.

That was a while ago.... I just miss her!! Have not talked in a bit.

Holy time-warp, Batman!

I've been busy lately but thought I would have noticed some reference to surgery. I, also, thought heart when I read stent.

Regardless, glad you are ok, Fermina.

I don't know what happen but if you have the Jezz seal of approval that is good enough for me. Just remember healing takes time. Be gentle with yourself.

Well, whatever it is, get well soon.

I'm curious, isn't a stent put in permanently? and it's done in an angiography not surgery?

What kind of stent is that?

Well. I could be wrong, but stents for heart arteries are permanent, or in the least, good for a decade.

Who wants to go in there every two weeks?

Gallstones are God's way of saying drop that 15th chicken wing. :)

Or a side effect of a medication called Topamax. You have plenty of free time. Go Google it. I imagine that's how you discovered your vast knowledge of cancer.
