I think Cody misses you. We went for a ride and he had no lap to sit on. He looked lonely. Poor little guy...

Cody and his obsession with biting peoples feet when they enter his / my territory, meaning either of the bedrooms lol...he is such a little putz when it comes to that...but once snuggled in he may decide to sleep with you, probably not though, he seems to be obsessed with snuggling next to me at night now. I kind of hope it stops with warm weather or I am going to have to keep my room as frigid as antartica in the summer!
 
Cody has a new obsession. Sitting in the hair salon and greeting guests. He is the BEST greeter. Except that one guy... he backed away and stood behind me. I think I understand why. Dogs are a super good judge of character.

In a short while I've got to get ready for the farrier who I forgot was coming today. I wish someone else here could do that. I need a week in bed. :(. Cody could join us in bed. But, it's pretty boring :(

It was the only place to find the toffee's & proper shortbread my Scottish mum liked.
I'd pick up the canned haggis just to weird out my friends

Thats an affront to Scottish Wildlife...:D Haggis should never be canned, it should be left to roam free amoungst the heather and gorse and rugged mountains until its captured and prepared traditional like and maybe even with 'neeps n taitees' ;)

I rarely shop at m and s because most stuff is prepared. So it's just not great place for me. I used to pick up sandwiches or not very good sushi from there though. And they used to do a tinned food my cats loved and I got them for birthdays and holidays but I didn't see it this year.

Ahhhhhhh k.
I'm Canadian, apple butter, maple butter, every other fruit butter...but we're a little light on the nut butter. The cashew butter has piqued my interest, I'll have to hunt some up the next time I'm in the States, it's been too long since my last visit.

Most common not peanut nut butters are cashew and almond. I like hazelnut too. Cashew is a little too sweet and not umami enough for me as a standalone butter :) but it's still good: all nuts and nut butters are. I found a pistachio blended 'thing' that was not not nut butter once more like Nutella with pistacchi and something that tasted a little like the cream from Oreos :(. I like my nut butter nutty, not messed up.

Ohh, I just thought though cashed buyer with pineapple jam might be fun. Or with chicken salad sandwich.

Maple butter is even better than you assume it is :D ;)

And I'm a total pistachio & Nutella slut...ooooooooo Nutella covered pistachio's...new evile idea popped into my head.

I'll take a cashew & pineapple jam stuffed crepes with my coffee tomorrow, sounds like the breakfast of champions! :D

Hey we have to make do with what we haggis lovers can find in the colonies.
I tried to get my favourite Italian butcher to make one once.
