Your kid needs a liver transplant. Your insurer is Cigna. Doctors say this could save your child's life, and there's an available liver. Cigna has turned down your liver transplant coverage because it's "experimental". (Note: Cigna has actually killed a teenaged girl by doing exactly this.)
Here comes the taxpayer-funded nanny state. They're offering to cover your kid's transplant. As you can imagine, someone had to pay taxes to cover this.
Would you rely on the government to save your child's life? Or would you stick to your principles of Capitalism and the Free Market? Which is more important?
