I absolutely adore the Netherlands but when I was there I was really too young to enjoy it. I love the Rijksmuseum especially.

I think I should start a savings account to fund a nice trip over there one of these days. If I do go I'd love to meet you guys.

You know you would be more than welcome. I just keep falling in love with the place over and over. Like Francisco said a couple of nights back, there is something special about a place where you can go out to dinner and hear a multitude of languages being spoken everywhere you walk. Amsterdam is just magic anytime of day or night and in any season. :)

Catalina :rose:

I plan to head to the Netherlands (as well as Germany and the British Isles) when I can afford a vacation.

I mostly plan on going on a massive dancing spree, go to a Northern England gabber/hardcore industrial shore, head to a London techno night. Hop over to Holland to a gabber party and then go to Germany for a nice German Techno nite. I'm a big techno freak in the wastelands of North America.

Oh man, I fucking love techno.

I wanna go to q-dance!

Q-Dance is good but I'd rather hit the German and British clubs for techno. When I say teechno, I mean the dj's term for techno - repetitive music with samples and loops looping together to create mashing and minimalistic dance. Darude is not techno. He is trance. So is Tiesto and Paul van Dyk. Tidy Boys is Hard House. D.A.V.E. the Drummer is techno. Adam Beyer is techno. I'm a real stickler there.

Anyways, Q-Dance is okay. I'd rather go to Thunderdome or Temptation Black (if we are talking parties in the Netherlands).
