Well, whatever you do for your self bondage, before setting up, choose the pad locks you are going to use, then take the key and tie a string to it. Freeze the key in an ice cube.

When you are ready to do your thing, arrange it so you can NOT get out without the key. You can reach the string, but the key is still frozen. Works like a timer. A slow one.

Cube melts too fast? try a larger block of ice
