This is turning out to be the best birthday week ever.
Monday, some cousins and I met up at my sis's house to goof off for the evening (from all over the state). That was a blast. I (surprizingly) was late to work yesterday but upon my arrival, everyone was REALLY happy to see me. My boss had made a serious cheesecake concoction that was to die for and everyone was waiting for me to give approval for them to dig in. I think I had 3 big servings--it was so delish. Then I came home and told my kid to come in the house by 9 and went to bed at 7. Woke up to my sweet little boy snuggling the covers off me at 5. I think I am going to go lay down with him for a few more minutes.
Tomorrow night, we are heading out of state for a few days. This will be an most excellent birthday week ever!!!!!!
Now I am off to snuggle while my son is still at a snuggly age.

Thank you again for all the wonderful greetings here and in PM.
Work was okay. After work, I picked up my ex and my boy and we went to Saltgrass for prime rib and pie and (he he) I did not have to spend a dime.
What a great evening it was. And the week will only get better!
