Cain 1st, Paul 2nd today...

Bachmann 1st, Paul 2nd last straw poll.

Meanwhile...

...Perry vastly outpolls all others nationally.

All four are tea bagger darlins...

...is Romney the only chance for the Rinos to nominate one of their own Party?

Or...

...is the tea bagger revolution already to the stage that the GOP has almost totally fallen to them?

Straw polls are for the ideolouges. The few but politically revved up enthusiasts vote for their pie-in-the-sky dream president.

Primaries will see something completely different happen. People will line up behind whoever looks to have the best fighting chance to beat Obama, and they will be sober enough to kill their darlings. This is somewhat reflected in the general polling.

Romney looked somewhat electable, but very few really liked him. Now Perry barges in and looks equally electable (at least so far), and has more Conservative Base cred than Romney, so that's who the "anybody but Obama" Republicans for the moment crowd to.
