Fairfax, VA woman randomly stabbed to death at bus stop by career criminal with 30 previous arrests

A prolific violent offender with over 30 violent prior arrests has been charged with stabbing a 41-year-old woman to death at a bus stop on Monday in Fairfax, Virginia.
Investigators say that Abdul Jalloh, 32, murdered Stephanie Minter of Fredericksburg, Virginia, at the Hybla Valley bus stop near Richmond Highway and Arlington Drive. Jalloh has been charged with second-degree murder, according to Fairfax County Police. Investigators say the attack appears to have been random, and they are still working to determine a motive.
On Tuesday morning, Fairfax County Police issued an alert stating they were searching for Jalloh and described him as a person of interest, saying he was the last person seen with the victim. By Tuesday night, police said Jalloh was taken into custody on an unrelated theft charge. He was later charged in connection with Minter’s death, police said.
Jalloh has a lengthy criminal history, including multiple cases involving assault-related charges, larceny, and felony malicious wounding charges in May and August 2025. The records indicate he has been arrested more than 30 times, including for alleged violent offenses.

The motive is he's a mentally retarded animal who should have received a life sentence after his third felony. The judge who let him out the last time should be doing a life sentence as well because he/she killed that girl.
