He didn't miss it, it just doesn't involve the negative social activities of a certain group of people living in a major urban environment in the Midwest, so it wasn't on his sonar.

ABC News reports that while Zimmerman is still in custody, his estranged wife and her father refuse to give sworn statements. And they reportedly will not press charges::rolleyes:

Since his acquittal, he's been pulled over by the police twice, and putting the best possible face on today's incident, he dropped by the home where his estranged wife is staying while angry and armed--clearly alarming behavior.

Obvious downward spiral for someone who, when you factor in his earlier arrest for striking a cop, can now safely be termed a habitual criminal and a menace to society.

UPON FURTHER REVIEW: Zimmerman wasn't taken into custody. He was merely "detained at the scene".

Punch out an old man, in front of witnesses.
Pull a gun on him, too
Smash his iPad.

Arrested? Nope.

That man lives a charmed life.

I think we can see now why he never passed the psychological exam to become a cop.
