Understood. It's nearly impossible to come up with anything that hasn't been done in erotica. Sometimes just changing the setting to something unexpected is your best bet.

It's usually a teenage son (with some sort of injury) and his middle-aged mother. So scramble it up a bit! A middle-aged son and his elderly mother, or middle-aged daughter and her elderly father. Old people need lovin', too!

Or maybe it's a middle-aged father with two broken arms, and his twenty-year-old daughter is helping to bathe him and relieve his sexual distress.
