Jeffrey is a 18 yr. old man who at an early age got into an car accident with his mother. He was confined to a wheelchair but his mother was killed on the spot. He could feel pain and almost everything worked on him but his legs and enough of his muscles in his arms so that lifting himself was close to impossible as he could get. His father had gone through a hard time after the crash and hired nurses to take care of Jeffrey when he had to leave on business trips. After about a year of remorse his father finally found a woman and that woman quickly became Jeffrey's step mother as well as his care taker. Jeffrey was greatful that his step mother took care of him because it saved them a lot of money and. brought in extra income from the state because she was taking care of me medically. Jeffrey didn't mind what happened to him the only real thin he didn't like was the loneliness he felt because no one visited him and his step mother had to take care of more than him around the house so she couldn't really stay to keep him company.


Jeffrey looked over at the digital clock he had setting on the counter and seen it was near lunch time. He wondered what his step mother made for lunch this time. He really couldn't wait for her to bring it up maybe this time she could stay and eat with him if she wasn't busy.

Natasha is preparing her stepson's Jeffery his favorite lunch after getting everything on the tray she brought it into his room "Lunch Time Jeffery ".

She sat the tray onto his bed then she began to feed him his lunch slowly one small bite at a time. when he needed a drink she would hold the drinking straw up to his mouth so he could have a sip of his soda.

He finished his lunch and he looked over at his step mom and said "I'm sorry you have to spend a good portion of your day taking care of me but I do appreciate it a lot." He knew more than likely she wanted to do more things that take care of him.

"Jeffery you don't have to apologize i am your mom and i love you and part of being a loving mother is take care of her child no matter what. then she kissed his forehead and said to her beloved son "Jeffery i am going to clean you up after i get these dishes washed."

Then Natasha left his room went into the kitchen and washed the dishes then she returned, with a small basin of water some soap and a wash rag. then she proceeded to wash Jeffery.

She slowly washed his face neck shoulders chest and arms when it was time to wash the lower half of his body, she removed his boxer shorts then began to wash his genitals, Natasha washed them gently because Jeffery had no feeling down their.

Then she washed the rest of his lower body once he was nice and clean she dried him off then she put clean boxer shorts on him then she covered him up.

"Jeffery is their anything that you need before i put these bath supplies away."

"No mom I don't need anything but a hug from you" Jeffrey said before his step mother could leave his room.

He hide the feelings he has for his step mother he has always wanted to bed her even though she is married to his father. The baths she gave him felt like heaven to him because she was touching his naked body. The only thing he didn't like was the fact that she had to leave him alone afterwards and it ended up hitting him. He hated the loneliness he felt after she left because it was more of a longing for her touch than anything . He has on many occasions wanted to ask her to touch him like she done his father but he was scared that she would stop taking care of him period.

"Of course Natasha tenderly placed her arms around her stepson's body then she hugged him in the most loving manner possible. When she finished hugging her stepson. the young woman left his room the sound of her high heel shoes click on the floor. click click click then she put the bath supplies away in the bathroom.

Jeffrey loved the embrace of his step mother and wished that it would never end but unfortunately for him it had to. He could feel the loneliness and longing start to creep back up to him. He laid there wondering if his mother had the same longing for him as he did her.

Natasha did some house hold chores and she made sure to keep her ear's open just in case Jeffery needed her for anything at all. despite the fact that he was her stepson she loved him and cared about him as if The young man was her own biological child.

Jeffrey could fee his loneliness start to get the best of him so her cried out "mom could you come in here!" He just wanted to spend some time with her and hoped she would do so.

"When Natasha heard her son call out for her she left the room she was cleaning up and walked as fast as she could to his room. "Jeffery what's wrong? are you alright?"

"I'm fine mom it's just that I feel lonely and was wondering if you could keep me company for awhile after you are finished with doing what ever it was you are doing. Sorryy to scare you if I did it's just besides you I don't get to see anyone and I only see you if I need you because your so busy.

"Sure I will keep you company I remove my high heel shoes then i get into the bed with you feel better now Jeffery."

"Yes mom I feel better" Jeffrey says as he slowly moves closer to her and rests his head on her lap.

Natasha ran her fingers through her stepson's hair while he rested his head on her lap periodically she would kiss his forehead.

He loved the kisses to the forehand he was getting but he wished that they were on his lips. He looked up and said"sorry for being a pain and calling you up here but I felt lonely."

Natsha looks and jeffery and she says to him " Jeffery your not a pain i love you and i understand your lonely because your stuck here at home." Then she kisses his forehead again and again

Jeffrey didn't need to talk to his step mother just being with her made him feel better. He. began to kiss her legs back because he wanted to see what she would do.

"Oh Jeffery please be careful i don't want you to make your injuries worse than they already are Then i lift your head off of my lap and i sit on the bed next to you then we resume kissing."

Jeffrey couldn't believe what had happened next he couldn't believe that they were kissing each othere like they were. He sat there and enjoyed the act for a bit before he broke their kiss to ask "are you sure you want to keep doing this?"

Natasha placed her hands on Jeffery's face then she said to him "Yes i am sir Jeffery." Then she started kissing him again and again.

Jeffrey sat there and enjoyed the kisses for a bit and he slowly moved his hands on her body exploring his mothers body. He didn't know how she would react but he knew that he wanted to feel every part of her.

When Natasha Felt her stepson's hands rather clumsly run over her body she said "do you want me to help you Jeffery?"

He only shook his head before he went back to kissing her. His hands finally found their way to her large breas and he began to try to massage them.
