You need to rack up a few posts first, then go to your control panel and upload the image you want.....

I think you need 100 posts? Or am I just darn wrong?

Assuming you mean an avatar (like my smiley boxers) you need to post 100 times to get that ability.

And on a personal note, this helpful post was my 300th overall! woo hoo!!!!!
