For viruses try Mcafee's online virus scan

For spyware download

Adaware

or Spybot search and destroy

Download the Home Edition version. It's free and works well, with good updates and stuff.

SIMA.. when you get the mess straightened out... download and use Firefox as your browser.... almost none of the adware/spyware work on it... it's Linux based and very simial to the old Netscape before AOL screwed it up....

Use Windows Internet Explorer to update windows... and nothing else....
