I don't know either, but I wanted you to know you're not alone out here!

I would assume you would upload the image file the same as you would upload a .txt file, but I've really no idea. Hopefully you'll get a response from one of those who have submitted the many wonderful illustrated poems on this site. You can also try e-mailing your question to submit@literotica.com.

Either way, I hope you get your answer!!

To post an illustrated poem, as (freely) stated on the F. A. Q.:

- Upload a Word .doc with the illustrations embedded in the story document. (no text in the regular submission form)

OR

- In your author profile, submit the text version under the 'Illustrated' category. In the Author Notes field of the submission, place the words 'ARTWORK COMING VIA EMAIL FROM [your email address]'.
Next, attach the images to an email addressed to submit@literotica.com. The Subject Line of the email should be the title of the poem you submitted, to make sure the artwork ends up in the right poem. Also, make notes within the body of the story showing where you want each picture placed (i.e. '[place image02.jpg here]')

Regardless of the method you use:
All art must be your original work - i.e. photographs that you yourself took, or paintings or drawings that you yourself created. Those illustrated in the art must be over the age of 18. We do not accept hardcore (sexually explicit) or nude photography. All illustrations must be submitted as .gifs or .jpgs, and must be less than 450 pixels wide and less than 40k in size.

I even checked the FAQs before responding and somehow couldn't find it.

Thanks, Lauren!
