You are most likey getting one of two error messages. You pic is either too high in resolution or is too high in file size. A simple program to use to reduce them down in size is irfanview .

You can resize the pics in any photo editing software. What's the "all" you're looking for help with? Trying to find something special? I'm sure everyone here can help

You're doing fine on the posting. To attach a file, click on the browse button at the bottom of the page when typing your post, and then click on the file you want to attach (but you may have to re-size it, if it's too big).
