She doesn't "need" any kind of push. If your wife wants to fuck somebody else, then she'll fuck somebody else. No cajoling necessary. I'd spend more time thinking about how to treat her like an actual person first and then maybe, once you appreciate that she's not the town pump, you can ask her if that's something she'd be interested in trying.
