There's a part of the bulletin board/forum that is titled "Looking for a story" If you are looking for a story, there are forum members who try to help out over there.
If you are looking for help on how to write a story, or if you want someone to write a story, then you want to look over in "Story Ideas" section of the forum and post a thread over there.
However, response is dependent on if someone is interested in helping, or is familiar with your subject matter. You should also try to give as much information as possible to net the best chance of triggering someone's memory. Half remembered names, locations, variant sexual practices/tags, anything you remember that might trigger a memory that someone might say "I remember that story" will help you in the long run.
