Why does it have to be with someone's sister? I don't see why it couldn't be something like hot redhead at a bar, pick her up take her to a hotel, get hot and heavy and find out it's a guy.
Or hot woman at a bar, restaurant, convention/work retreat type thing, she turns out to be his wife's college roommate or past lover.
Or go to a airport to pick up her relative visiting, relative missed plane, but a woman comes up to him and seduces him, run off to a hotel for a quickie, head home and then she walks in the door, turns out she is a long lost cousin who wanted to surprise the wife. Maybe you could have the husband lust after his wife's sister and is constantly flirting with her, but keeps getting shot down. Finally the sister gives in and they sleep together, only to have the hubby find out she's terrible in bed.
He goes home, pissed off and ashamed. As walking up the stairs to his bedroom, he realizes he has a good, loving wife and that he needs to start paying attention to her. But as he opens the bedroom door, he discovers his neglected wife getting her brains fucked out by his own brother and the story ends.
