I have very recently bought myself a pair of boots with a heel.
This is very much a 1st as a cis male but they were so gorgeous I couldn't resist.

I struggle with social anxiety and have spent the vast majority of my life making myself not stand out etc. This has been slowly changing over the years and these boots are part of that journey.
But...

How do I walk in them 😅 they've only got a small heel but it's totally different from anything I've worn before.

I also hope this is the right place 🙈

One foot in front of the other baby…. Heel in line with the toe… that will give you a little bit more side to side motion to your ass. Have fun

I endorse what Terry said. Walking in heels is different, they make you step more gracefully, delicately, as you learn to master them. To me, they have as much a psychological effect as they do a physical one.

It’s always a bit awkward at first ! Take your time, take much smaller strides. Your hips should sway gently to the middle. Avoid stairs till you have mastered flat floors . A full length mirror helps!
