I have very recently bought myself a pair of boots with a heel.
This is very much a 1st as a cis male but they were so gorgeous I couldn't resist.

I struggle with social anxiety and have spent the vast majority of my life making myself not stand out etc. This has been slowly changing over the years and these boots are part of that journey.
But...

How do I walk in them 😅 they've only got a small heel but it's totally different from anything I've worn before.

I also hope this is the right place 🙈

One foot in front of the other baby…. Heel in line with the toe… that will give you a little bit more side to side motion to your ass. Have fun

I'm very used to walking heel 1st so I definitely need to work on walking on tippy toes. I'm definitely loving the exploration and research of pretty shoes! 😁
Thank you all 😊

Heel then toe...small steps...focus oh posture..Girls steps are smaller, take your time...pitter patter across a hard floor to start with, weight over the heels. just go slow...remember the old movies where the girls would balance a book on thier head as they walked. That forced them to slow down, take small steps, and focus on pasture. Don;t lumber around like a guy...check out the youtube videos

I also want to add, carpets, even short ones, can challenge a beginner in heels often making your ankles roll. make sure you laced up tight...guys ankles can be pretty weak and will roll, its just a guy thing because his heels are so broad, Women who walk on heels have built up the strength in their ankles..It might be better to train with a fatter heel that supports your foot better, until you build up some strength in your ankles. I started with a 2 inch heel, then 3 inch heel, now training in some 4: heels but a bit wobbly.
