Help with email please

Hi, I'm a new member. I signed in with an anonymous email address, which I think scrambles the contents of my email. I tried contacting a volunteer editor a couple of weeks ago and got no reply. I tried to publish a story, in *.DOC format, and it was returned as unreadable.
I noticed in the FAQ section a mention of a literotica email address from BigMailBox.com, but can't find any mention of Literotica on there.
Any advice on anonymous emails please.

The @literotica addresses have been defunct for years.

Just sign up for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. I know for a fact that attached documents transfer just fine through Gmail and Outlook/Hotmail/Live. I've been doing it for years with documents in numerous formats.
