Here's my situation. I find myself attracted to one of my profs at the university I attend. It's gotten so bad after the past few classes that I can't concentrate during his lectures. The most recent class I actually left since it was so frustrating.

How do the wise members of literotica advise me? I want to participate in class, so how do I forget about this idiotic attraction?

He is much older - 25 years older. While he is single, it's not ethical to have a relationship with a prof, nor has he really shown any interest .. this is all on my part.

In grad school, I was flattered to be seduced by my French teacher, who was in fact French. She asked me to a bar, and after I had a buzz on, told me that her divorce papers had just come through that day. She asked me to drive her home, begged me to come up for coffee, then hit on me.
