do any of you americans have access to electronic journals?

I'm after an article in Mental Retardation and my uni isn't subscribed to it.

that's the problem... the journal article is subscription only.

I'm not after general articles, I want that particular one and I was hoping that there may be a student or lecturer on lit whose institution subscribed to the journal.

Sorry, I've access to thousands of journals, but Mental Retardation isn't there. I can't find it at all. Do you know where it's indexed? I might be able to work from there to find it.

I have access to hard copy; maybe electronic, but I can't try to access it until Monday.

None of the libraries listed for me have electronic copies for viewing. They do however have documents in house to be viewed either paper or microfilm.

Take a trip to your local library and obtain a copy for use within the library.
