Help to find a story I cannot find - not sure if the right place

I read a story before that if i remember correctly had a couple that had moved in and heard the neighbors next door being quite loud. The woman then saw them and the woman was what she expected being young but the man was older. She then got invited inside for a drink and ended up with the older neighbor. The boyfriend/husband of the woman then came home on lunch and heard what he thought were the neighbours but was actually his partner with the neighbor. He then sends her a text and heads back to work.

I have searched and searched for it but cannot find. Not sure if anyone has read it.
