Help- stuck as guest!

I cant receive any messages and I can't update my profile! I've been told my profile is marked as guest. I don't understand, I just made my profile and I'm signed in, why am I still a guest?

Yeah I was having trouble with my account, the verification email wasn't coming and then I couldn't send pm's. But it's all working now : )
