Help! No feeling in wife's vagina...

I welcome any ideas or thoughts....my wife has no feeling in her vagina due to past medical issues. We use anal sex as others use straight sex and it is great, however, I would love to fuck her vaginally and have her feel the excitement. Also, when I perform oral on her, it is difficult for her to feel anything as well. I can work her clit for a while and she will have some feeling from time to time and that is great but it is also frustrating when the feeling is not there.

Has anyone run into any of this in the past and is there something else we can try? Any suggestions?

Man that's a tough one. I did see this show on TLC or DSC or one of those channels, maybe DHC I don't remember. But anyway and this seems a bit extreme but this doctor was working on a way to enhance or cause orgasms using an electronic device connected to nerves or something. I really wasn't paying much attention. I also heard of a thing called a g-spot enhancement. I'm not sure how that works either.

Anyway, I saw this post earlier and then came back. I have no idea where to tell you to start looking.
