help needed

Hi Shy Guy...

please help me (newbie)...i have gone to the faq section about pm'ing but cannot figure out why all of the pm's that are being sent to me are being turned away saying my pm box is full. I only have one message there!!! what causes this? and what can i do to fix this problem?

On your 'private messages' screen, look for the 'sent messages' folder and the 'pm tracking.' You probably have a hundred 'sent messages' filling your box, popular girl.

To the right of your screen you'll notice the 'jump to folders' selection box...? Yes?
