Help needed to find a story where the name of the woman changes mid-story

I'm looking for a story I read here some time ago where the author got confused (maybe cutting and pasting two stories together) and the name of the woman changed.

I know her name was changed to Jean.

Sorry not much to go on but i'm hoping someone can help as otherwise i've got to work through 12685 stories with the name Jean in them!!!

Try some other details you remember in the search function like
Jean, redhead, 38c and so on. Multiple keywords can help cut down the avalanche.
