The plot was about a male attorney (I believe, he had lost an arm by accident or something like that) and a younger, female collegue. The was a rahter long one, but absolutely well written...

I've read it somewhere here on Lit, but I lost track... ;-)

Can anyone help me find it? Any suggestions? Title or author?

I remember

...them nearly having sex in the pool of another team-member - her boss (?) - while he and his wife were in the house. They were there to check some work/files.

Afterwards, his car, parked in the driveway wouldn't start...
