How to please a woman would depend on the woman. Different women like different things. As for me oral sex is a must. If you are not sure how, just dive in and enjoy. As far as positions, I like on top where there is direct stimulation to my clit or on all fours being entered from the rear. That way you can reach around and stimulate her clit while fucking her. If nothing works its possible you have a frigid girlfriend and should consider moving on before it gets too serious.
