I lost it and can't find it, but I'm still trying.

The story is about a wife who ties her husband to the bed in chastity while she packs to go on vacation with her lover. She also tells him that a gay friend of her lover is coming to free him and that he'll have a series of tests to complete while she and her lover are on vacation. Thank you!!
