Help Me Please

I would like to get the following pic sized to use as my avatar...I do not know how to do that, can someone give me a hand with this?????

how big do you need it to be? because it doesn't look that big to me, but if you need to make it bigger i could try and help out.

i resized the pic for you. i hope it works. i do my own with the Infranview program. Easy to down load, easy to use.

still won't work...... GRRRRRRRR

Okay I think it is now the right size but when I try to put it up I get a message that says it is not a gif or jpeg file so what can I do about that....Geeezzeee this thing makes me feel like a idiot I just want to post a picture of the phuzeee guy

Sorry, i forgot that it has to be a certain type of file. i don't know how to change that bit. Don't feel like an idiot. It's a learning process, like anything...i didn't get it right and i feel just fine

Thanks for your help I guess I'll just start over maybe I should use my digital cam instead of my web cam?????
